I was searching for a small business which could adjust to the needs of my friend -a disabled veteran. On the Go Bistro has knocked it out of the park! Not only have they provided well-prepared food to meet the dietary needs of my friend -the veteran, but they have also been able to deliver on time. . . every time! I very quickly adjusted the service to whatever THEY decided. I have felt that confident with their service. For such exemplary and hard work, I always make sure to pay my invoice upon receipt -immediately! More than an outstanding business, my friend loves the food. It's prepared and presented well. Mostly it's healthy AND deeellliiishous! (as my friend says). Bon Appétit!!
We have used Juanita to prepare healthy meals following the Whole30 Diet for family for the week following surgery and they loved everything she prepared! She did the meal planning, shopping, cooking and then delivered to them - all at very reasonable prices! We also use her on a regular basis to prepare healthy (Whole30) meals for family who are needing to avoid sugar and toxins. She truly is a life-saver! We highly recommend Juanita for catering events, for healthy meals if you need to be on a special diet for disease, or just don't have the time or energy to prepare yourself! Not only is she a creative chef, knowledgeable, and very professional but she is also a wonderful lady who becomes a part of your family!
I use the weekly delivery option and it is amazing. Here regular food is good, and she has accommodated for a vegan food menu as well. I couldn't recommend her more.
I always get what i request and then some. On the go bistro always goes the extra mile. They cater events as well as couples dates. They're awesome. I just had some Cajun style shrimp from on the go bistro and my goodness did it hit the spot. I almost didn't share any with my husband. On the go bistro makes food so good, i almost never want to share it other than to tell ppl where they can get their own plate haha. I've never had their Cajun shrimp before, but i really enjoyed it. Great taste and texture. Y'all, they make almost anything and they do a really great job. I love On The Go Bistro for everything from tacos to steaks to sea food, definitely recommend y'all try them out.
Chef Juanita and her team catered a rehearsal dinner for about 30 people at a private residence, and the experience was phenomenal. She was responsive with communication, adjusted the meal to our preferences, executed the setup and serving flawlessly, and received rave reviews from all attending. She accommodated the event in Las Cruces, and was a pleasure to work with at every step. Would recommend her and her team highly for private catering and chef services.
This is our second year having Juanita cater our training event. Everyone thought the food was great, and she was able to do it while also avoiding certain foods for dietary restrictions. The food always arrived and was cleaned up after in a timely fashion. Many times we didn't even know she was there. The food appeared and was later cleaned up as if though by magic. We fully intend to have her continue catering our events in the future! I highly recommend On the Go Bistro for your events.
